This is a very nice enamel pin - not flimsy, not scratched, has "heft" and doesn't feel "cheap." It did come packaged in a plastic sleeve to protect it during shipping, but was mailed in a flimsy bubble wrap mailer. I CANNOT GET THE LOCKING CLUTCH OFF OF THE PIN TO EVEN USE IT. I'VE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE, SO I AM WONDERING IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE PIN BACK??? EDITED LATER - Finally managed to remove the locking back/clutch. The actual pin post just had too much enamel paint on it. Once I took the back on and off a few times, enough paint came off of the post - now the locking clutch works just fine. Happy with this purchase!
