Common Return Questions

What items are returnable?

  • Any product purchased in the last 60 days
  • In unworn and unwashed condition

 

Are there any charges for exchanges or returns?

  • U.S. customers: Nope! You'll be given a pre-paid shipping label to send your order back to us
  • International customers: At this time, international customers must pay their own return postage

How do I request a return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and your pre-paid return label

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item
  • If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within an average of 5 business days.
