Common Return Questions
What items are returnable?
Any product purchased in the last 60 days in unworn and unwashed condition
Are there any charges for exchanges or returns?
U.S. customers: Nope! You'll be given a pre-paid shipping label to send your order back to us
International customers: At this time, international customers must pay their own return postage
How do I request a return?
Enter your order number and email address in the fields provided in our Returns Center and click "Start my return"
Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and your pre-paid return label
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within an average of 5 business days.
