I was really looking forward to receiving this as I've had my eye on this and a few others for quite some time. Placed the order, did not receive shipping confirmation, reached out and had a reply within 24 hours. Waited over 15 days before reaching back out to say I never received this or the other items. Had a reply in a few hours apologizing and initiating a refund. Customer service was prompt but I wasn't refunded the full amount...the difference was about $4 though so mininal. I'm a little disappointed because i was really looking forward to the items. Unfortunately, even with the prompt communication, I dont think I'll be trying to order again.
